Groundbreaking held for $300M condo skyscraper in historic Broadway Theater District

PerLA, SCG America’s first ground-up condominium project in downtown Los Angeles, celebrated its groundbreaking on September 21, 2017.
PerLA will be the landscape-changing addition to the downtown area, rising 35 stories holding 450 condos and 7,000 square feet of ground level retail space. The tower has an art deco inspired design, containing a four-story atrium evoked by the nearby Bradbury building and giving nod to the vintage styles and historical heritage of the neighborhood.
