Mixed-Use Development
Tangram/SCG Plaza II is a mixed-use complex occupying two city blocks in downtown Flushing. This transformative project will elevate and energize the entire Flushing area.
With approximately 1.4 million gross square feet, the project will include retail space, an underground parking garage for more than 1,100 vehicles, two residential towers, an office tower and a lifestyle boutique hotel.
The project is being constructed in phases through 2020.
