Sales Associate – Luxury condominiums

Location: New York City, NY

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred majors: Business, Marketing, PR, Media)

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese; excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong sales record; strong customer service skills – must have superior customer service approach

  • In-depth knowledge of Los Angeles real estate market; keep current on the market by reading industry news and publications, studying listings, and following trends

  • 3-month probationary period; opportunity to transition into full-time employee upon evaluation after probationary period

  • California real estate license required, or actively working towards licensing

  • Authorized working status in the U.S. is required

  • Passion in residential real estate a must!

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Previous full-time project on-site sales experience

  • Previous experience of working with a real estate development team and experience working for luxury condo projects
