REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred majors: Business, Marketing, PR, Media)

Bilingual in English and Chinese; excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong sales record; strong customer service skills – must have superior customer service approach

In-depth knowledge of Los Angeles real estate market; keep current on the market by reading industry news and publications, studying listings, and following trends
-
3-month probationary period; opportunity to transition into full-time employee upon evaluation after probationary period
-
California real estate license required, or actively working towards licensing
-
Authorized working status in the U.S. is required
-
Passion in residential real estate a must!

Previous full-time project on-site sales experience

Previous experience of working with a real estate development team and experience working for luxury condo projects
